How do I make a purchase?

Browse our online store and select the items you’d like to purchase. Click on the item you’ve chosen, then click the “Buy” button to add it to your shopping cart. At checkout, select your preferred payment method and shipping option.



What are the payment methods?

How do I return an item?

The return request must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method you selected during checkout. For PAC, delivery takes 5 to 14 business days; for SEDEX, 1 to 4 business days.

Note: Our products are shipped within two (2) business days of billing. The delivery time begins once the item has been shipped.

Where do I enter my virtual coupon code?

Enter the virtual coupon code in the "Coupon" field in your shopping cart.



Can I update my information after the purchase has been made, since I entered the wrong address when I registered?

Yes, but you need to email us your correct information so we can update your order.



Can I update my information in my account since I've moved?

Yes, just contact us at contato@lasgringas.store and request that your information be updated.



Can I return the product without a receipt?

If the invoice is lost, please contact us via email so we can issue a duplicate.



I haven't received my order. What should I do?

Please send an email to contato@lasgringas.store describing what happened, and we will look into the matter and arrange for your product to be delivered.



Can I make a purchase on the website using an international credit card?

Yes. Purchases made with an international credit card will be thoroughly reviewed and may be automatically canceled if any data inconsistencies are found, in order to ensure the security of each customer.



Do products made from sustainable fabrics include a sustainability certificate on their tags?

Yes, this information will be included in the product description on the website, and each product will come with a certificate of authenticity directly from the yarn manufacturer.
