Delivery Act

Always check your merchandise upon delivery. In any of the hypotheses below, refuse the product:

  • Broken package;
  • Product not in accordance with request;
  • Missing labels or seals.

Return and exchange policy

  • If it is necessary to exchange or return a product, we have created a policy that meets your needs and respects current legislation (Federal Law No. 8.078 of 1990, which gave rise to the Consumer Protection Code).

    • Deadline for Exchange: 30 calendar days from receipt of order;
    • Deadline for Return: 07 calendar days from receipt of order;
    • Deadline for analysis of defective product: 90 calendar days from receipt of order.
  • Purchased products can be exchanged if the customer does not like them;
  • The exchange is offered to Las Gringas customers. The deadline to request a return, if your order has arrived incorrectly or with some of the situations described above, the exchange can be requested within 30 calendar days after receipt of the order, whether the reason for return is regret, withdrawal, defect, dissatisfaction or any other reason.
  • The refund procedure is at the customer's choice. It can be a chargeback on the credit card, or any other form of payment, which will be made immediately a credit to the customer's account, or a coupon (valid for 60 days) for a new purchase in the store.
  • The cost of freight is not included in the coupon credit or chargeback.
  • For exchanges, the logistics cost (post office) is borne by the consumer.
  • When returning goods, the customer must inform on the back of the invoice (DANFE) received: Full name, CPF, date of return and signature, as well as the reason for return.
  • This document must be dispatched together with the goods being returned.
  • The returned products must be in their original packaging, presenting intact labels and seals and without signs of use.
  • Products sold and delivered in Brazil, should be returned to Brazil logistics in the address: In care of Neide Lima - Alameda Santos 1325, Apartamento 45 - Jardim Paulista, São Paulo - SP, CEP 01419-002
  • We will not accept the return of products that have been used or damaged, without prior notification.
  • The returned product will be analyzed by Las Gringas and if it does not meet the above rules, the return will not be accepted.
  • The deadline for analysis of the returned product is 30 (thirty) days for retail and up to 60 days for wholesale, counting from the receipt of the product in our logistics.
  • Products on sale have a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt for return.

For returns or exchanges of made in Italy products, the exchange should be directed to logistics in Brazil, although the rules are in accordance with the policy of purchasing Made in Italy products.

Made in Italy products are sent via Post and the exchange period or returns is 30 days after confirmation of your request by Las Gringas.

Products purchased in Italy may be subject to import tax according to the taxes of each country. This value is not included in the final price of each product. Often, the Post Office sends a notice to the customer to fill out a customs form, pay the tax, and only then, after the payment confirmed by them, make the delivery. These fees are the obligations of each customer who purchases the imported product. The same is valid for the products of our logistics in Brazil.

90% of Las Gringas logistics is in Brazil, in São Paulo, where is also located its production of all the products of the designer Annette Lima's brands, and 10% in Italy, in Milan. This 10% corresponds to the exclusive collections of the designer made in Italy.
